Contrast enhancement in the organs of mice that were injected with (A) PPEG₂₀₀₀-GdNP and (B) PPEG₅₀₀₀-PPEG₁₀₀₀-GdNP displayed similar trends over time, where decreased attenuation in the vasculature was accompanied by increased attenuation in the liver and the spleen.
