LncRNA GAS5 is upregulated in degenerative NPCs. (A) The morphology of degenerative NPCs and normal NPCs was observed under an inverted phase contrast microscope. (B) The synthesis of Collagen II (Col II) was detected by immunocytochemistry. (C) The expression of GAS5 in degenerative NPCs and normal NPCs was detected by RT-qPCR.
