(A) TRAF6 expression in untreated HMC3 cells, pcDNA3.1- or p-TRAF6-treated HMC3 cells was detected using Western blotting; (B) Inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in p-TRAF6- or miR-124-3p mimic-transfected HMC3 cells induced by LPS were detected using ELISA; (C) Cell viability was detected using MTT; (D) Cell apoptosis was measured using flow cytometry.
