Inactivation of the Nemo gene induces cell mitosis in cerebral vessels. (a) Transcriptional profiling of cerebral vessels of NemobeKO mice and NemoFl controls (n = 7) showed that, among the differentially expressed genes, 10.4% were involved in cell cycle/cell division/mitosis according to their functional annotations. The analysis included only transcripts with a change < −2-fold or > 2-fold and P-values (pANOVA and pFDR) <0.05. (b) Hierarchical clustering of the mitotic genes that were significantly changed in NemobeKO mice compared to control mice.
