Schematic representation of split NLuc biosensor for the quantification of interactions between PA and PB1 subunits of influenza A virus and influenza B virus polymerase. The constructs GC-PAC/PB1N-NLuc produce a strong bioluminescence signal when the PA and PB1 constructs interact (top panel).
