Schematic representation of the split GLuc assay to examine the interaction between avian IAV polymerase and chicken ANP32A/B proteins. When the polymerase-containing PB1 fused to luciferase fragment 1 (Luc1) and ANP32A or B fused to luciferase fragment 2 (Luc2) interact, the luciferase fragments produce a bioluminescence signal.
