In phase 1, a total of 623 respondents completed the quantitative survey, comprising 278 bereaved relatives and 345 health and social care professionals (HSCPs). In phase 2, thirty-five qualitative interviews were conducted, of which 19 were bereaved relatives and 16 were HSCPs.
