Binding of phenazopyridine to human kinases. Phenazopyridine was used at 10 µM. The negative control was DMSO, the positive control a compound provided by DiscoverX, inducing 100% of release of the kinase from the beads. Results are expressed as the percentage of signal corresponding to the negative control, according the following formula: [(signal compound—signal positive control)/(signal negative control—signal positive control)] x 100.
