The IL-6 level of the IRI group was significantly increased, and the IL-6 level of the IRI + mild hypothermia group was significantly lower than that of the IRI group. (b) The serum TNF-α expression level of rats in the four groups. The level of TNF-α was significantly increased in the IRI group, and the TNF-α level was significantly lower in the IRI + mild hypothermia group than that in the IRI group.
