Exosomes from LPS-primed MSCs have a unique cell surface marker profile. Exosomes were isolated from BM-MSCs that were either primed with LPS (LPS-MSC exosomes) or without LPS (MSC exosomes) for 24 h. The isolated exosomes were stained overnight with 37 different bead surface marker populations and compared by mean fluorescence intensity. Results are from two replicates of two independent studies.
