(A) Western blot analysis was conducted to evaluate the protein expression of YAP1 and TEAD1 in Saos-2 cells treated with various concentrations of VP. (B) Co-immunoprecipitation assay was performed to detect the interaction between YAP1 and TEAD1 in Saos-2 cells with or without VP treatment. (C) MTT assay was performed to analyze the proliferation of Saos-2 cells with or without VP treatment. (D) VP promoted apoptosis of Saos-2 cells.
