Yields were determined by HPLC. The reactions were performed with 300 nmol of compound 8 in 100 μL of PBS buffer/1,4-dioxane = 9/1 (3.0 mM), at 37 °C for 24 hours. The reactions were run in triplicate and the average yields were shown.
