A colorectal adenocarcinoma (C) metastasizes to an encapsulated classic papillary thyroid carcinoma with predominant follicular growth pattern (P, patient #17). The metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma contains pseudostratified nuclei, luminal necrosis, and frequent mitotic activity.
