Panel A represents the estimated marginal means of LUS score with 95% CI. There was a significant main effect of gravity (P < 0.001) and time (P = 0.01), but not gravity × time interaction (P = 0.076). P values were calculated by two-way repeated measures of analysis of variance. Panel B represents the number of patients with atelectasis. The occurrence of gravity-induced atelectasis was significantly higher in DL on day 14 (P = 0.001) and day 21 (P = 0.018). P values were calculated by the chi-square test.
