Cell viability and total T cell frequencies following T cell expansion

(A) Example of cell numbers at the end of a T cell assay. Data is pooled from 2 independent experiments. PBMCs from healthy donors (10⁶ cells/donor) were stimulated with either MART-1 (ELAGIGILTV) or CEFT peptides. Expanded cells were counted using trypan blue and a hemocytometer.

(B) Frequency of T cells among expanded cultures as determined by flow cytometry.
