Name	Reagents
DNAse 1 stock	1 mg/mL DNAse in 50% glycerol. Store at −20°C indefinitely.
0.1N HCl	1N HCl, ddH2O. Make fresh.
DAPI stock	5 mg/mL DAPI in PBS. Store at 4°C for up to six months.
10 mg/mL BSA	10 mg/mL BSA in ddH2O. Store at −20°C indefinitely but avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
