Vorticity and power loss results. When compared to  right ventricular dilation (RVD) and control groups, repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF) patients with severe pulmonary regurgitation (PR% > 40%) had the highest diastolic vorticity in the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT), as shown in A. This group also had the highest diastolic vorticity quotient (RV-DVQ) and right ventricular outflow tract vorticity quotient (RVOT-VQ) as shown in B; as well as the highest  RVOT viscous energy loss (VEL) as shown in C
