Splenocytes were harvested from naive female and male WT and Cnr1^−/− mice and stimulated with either anti-CD3/anti-CD28 antibodies or SEM superantigen for 2 or 3 days before IFN-γ concentrations within the supernatants were analyzed by ELISA (A–D). Statistical analysis was performed using two-way ANOVA followed by Sidak's post hoc test *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001, ****p<0.0001 differences between WT and Cnr1^−/−.
