For a specific error source, Procrustes ANOVA was run on all unique paired datasets, and repeatability was computed. We report mean Procrustes ANOVA residual R² (Mean Rsq) and mean repeatability (Mean R). For the comparison between scans, the Extended Scanner Dataset was used, whereas all other comparisons were based on the Device Comparison Dataset. A more detailed table including all pairwise Procrustes ANOVAs can be found in Table S1.
