Biased G2D4N5 PSL results. (A) IL-2 responses of the LS-specific 1244c1 and 1244c3 54ζ hybridoma cells stimulated with a biased G2D4N5 decapeptide PSL are shown. Decapeptide mixtures were fixed at G2, D4, and N5, and one additional peptide position (p1, p3, p6, p7, p8, p9, and p10) was scanned with each of the 20 amino acids (140 mixtures). Unfixed positions in each decapeptide mixture consisted of an equimolar mixture of 19 amino acids (excluding cysteine). Each panel shows IL-2 responses (pg/ml) of T cell hybridomas 1244c1 (red bars) and 1244c3 (blue bars) to the decapeptide mixtures compared with the G2D4N5 mixture (labeled Ct) at 200 μg/ml with no additional fixed positions.
