MNI-bvFTD70 template shows the largest amount of frontal lobe cortical atrophy. MNI-svFTD36 shows the greatest amount of bi-lateral temporal lobe cortical atrophy compared to the two other FTD variants. MNI-pnfaFTD30 shows left sided cortical thinning in prefrontal and Broca’s areas.
