During the 2017 to 2018 season, California, Georgia, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, and Albany, New York, conducted medical record abstractions on a 50% random sample of adults aged 50 to 64 years and a 25% random sample of adults aged 65 years or older. During the 2018 to 2019 season, these same sites conducted medical record abstractions on a 50% random sample of adults aged 65 years or older. These sites conducted medical chart abstractions on 100% of persons in all other age groups and seasons.
