Symptoms
Dyspnea
(NYHA FC II to IV)
  • Secondary to left heart disease (pulmonary capillary congestion, pulmonary arterial hypertension).

  • Dyspnea during exertion and nocturnal paroxysmal

Fatigue
  • Main symptom

  • Associated with lower limbs pain and edema

  • More common in right heart failure
