Prognostic Factors
Pulmonary hypertension

  • Resting SPAP ≥ 50 mmHg

  • SPAP ≥ 60 mmHg during exertion (exercise test or echocardiography with pharmacological stress)
Recent onset AF

  • Relation to LA enlargement

  • Maintain INR between 2.0 and 3.0
