Clone migration history inferred by BAYAREALIKE (panel e) predicted the origin of metastasis to be from lung tissue, but the estimated probability value of lung at the root of the tree was very low and similar to that for breast tissue (primary tumor). We show the migration history starting from breast tissue (dotted line) because the primary tumor was found there (e).
