Lanatoside C decreases MMP and increases cellular ROS production in HeLa cells. (A) Following treatment with lanatoside C for 24 h, MMP was detected via JC-1 staining and flow cytometry in HeLa cells. (B) JC-1 polymer in HeLa cells was analyzed to determine quantitative changes in the loss of MMP. (C) Cells were treated with lanatoside C at 2.5 µM for 4 or 6 h, and cellular ROS production in HeLa cells was monitored via DCFH-DA probe with fluoresce microscopy detection.
