(A) HeLa cells were treated with different concentrations of lanatoside C (0, 0.5, 1 and 2.5 µM) for 24 h and cell cycle was assessed via PI staining with flow cytometry detection. (C) Western blot analysis was performed to detect the expression of cell cycle related proteins, cyclin B1 and p21, in HeLa cells treated with different concentrations of lanatoside C for 24 h.
