(A) Strain LN1 was incubated in mineral salt medium (MSM) with different phenol concentrations ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 mg/liter, and the residual phenol concentration and OD₆₀₀ values were measured at 24 h and 48 h, respectively. (B) Strain LN1 was incubated in MSM with 6,000 mg/liter phenol, and the phenol concentration, OD₆₀₀ values, and culturable cell numbers were monitored every 12 h within 72 h.
