(A,D) Release pattern of TAT-HA-Prdx6 analog from PLGA-NPs in PBS (pH 7.3) at 37 °C using sandwich ELISA method. Equal volume of released protein (A: Protein released collected at every 24 h and D: Cumulative release of protein collected from 0 to 21 days) were used for the sandwich ELISA assay to measure the availability of the released TAT-HA-Prdx6 analog. The data represent the mean ± SD from three independent experiments. (B,C,E,F) Prdx6 activity of TAT-HA-Prdx6^WT or its mutant proteins released from NPs in PBS.
