Effect of the lipid composition and the presence of protein on the average diameter of liposomes and proteoliposomes. Polydispersion values lower <0.2 for liposomes and proteoliposomes were obtained. Data are reported as the mean diameter ± S.D. of triplicate measurements of five different preparations.
