Single-cell sequencing-guided biomimetic-based miR-delivery. After identifying the tumoral antigen based on single-cell sequencing data and fabricating related receptor/CAR/TCR on the biomimetic carriers, the delivery of the PD-L1-inhibiting miRs can substantially stimulate anti-tumoral immune responses, activate apoptosis of tumoral cells, inhibit tumor proliferation, suppress tumor migration, and enhance the chemosensitivity of tumoral cells to chemotherapeutic agents.
