Color: pink bar on behalf of bacterial pneumonia; blue bar represents mycoplasma pneumonia. The vertical axis is the radscore value after calibration, namely the original radscore +0.819. Radscore = −0.819 was the generalized cutoff point, if the radscore is higher than the cut-off value, the model would be classified one case into bacterial pneumonia set, otherwise, into mycoplasma pneumonia set.
