a Weight was estimated based on gender (male or female), age (18–39 years or ≥40 years), living area (urban or rural), educational level (lower than college school or college school or higher), marital status (married or unmarried), geographical regions and history of chronic diseases (yes or unknown/no) using the baseline sample. Depression is defined as having a Patient Health Questionnaire-9 score ≥ 5. Anxiety is defined as having a Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 score ≥ 5. Insomnia is defined as having an Insomnia Severity Index score ≥ 8.
