Table A1.

Bacterial strains (20) used in growth screening on cod agar plates at different packaging gas mixtures. The bacterial strains were selected from the fillets from Plant 2 and 3 (aerobically stored fillets), which were the commercial processing plants, but similar strains were also detected from Plant 1. Two strains were from vacuum packaged fillets of Plant 1. Three strains were chosen from former industrial studies (*).
