Luciferase reporter assay of PERML, PERM-R7, LCL-PERM-R7 and stPERML-R7. Data are presented as means with standard deviations (n = 3). MCF-7 cells were transiently transfected with the luciferase reporter plasmid containing three tandem copies of the estrogen-response element and control Renilla luciferase plasmid-SV40. After 48 h, luciferase activity in cell lysates was measured and normalized to the Renilla luciferase activity.
