• Black/African ethnicity. • Aged over 18 years. • Previously admitted and discharged from a mental health facility. • The mental state evaluation shows a stable condition and ability to understand fully. • Informed consent is given	• Non-African ethnicities. • Minors or the elderly. • Participant not previously admitted at the facility. • The evaluation shows mental or emotional instability and or limited capacity to understand fully. • Informed consent is not given.
