Time course of antibody binding to natural DNA and Br-poly(dG-dC). The binding of monoclonal and polyclonal anti-Z-DNA antibodies to natural DNA (MC and EC) and Br-poly(dG-dC) was tested at 5, 20 and 60 min. Antibody preparations were titered, with the starting concentrations determined by a prior experiment to determine the dilutions covering the linear portion of antibody binding to DNA.
