Effect of SCU on PI3K/Akt/NF-κB signaling pathway in HepG2 cells. SCU suppresses p-PI3K, p-Akt, and p-IκB-α levels in HepG2 cells. Cells were treated with SCU (0, 25, 50, and 100 μM) for 48 h.
