Input: $T{D}_{ij}$’s Boolean response $(b_1,b_2,\cdots ,b_k)$ and numerical response $R{N}_{ij}$

Output: $R_{ij}=\left(R{B}_{ij}\parallel R{N}_{ij}\right)$

1: for each $T{D}_{ij}$ do
