Viability of Caco-2 cells after 4 h incubation with INS-SDS complex loaded NLCs at indicated concentrations determined via resazurin assay. Samples were prepared in 25 mM HBS (HEPES buffered saline) pH 7.4. HBS only was used as a positive control, and Triton X-100 (0.2%, v/v) in HBS was used as a negative control for cell viability.
