Oblique ultrasound scans diagnosed regularly marginated hypoechoic pseudocyst measuring 50 × 55 mm2 in size; (b) A transverse scans on a follow-up ultrasound examination, 30 days after trauma revealed subcapsular hematoma 52 × 23 mm2 in size. Patient had grade III splenic injury after a fall from a standing height (patient No. 3 in Table 3).
