1:Clear the local data repository of each facility at the beginning of the operations. 2:Store a data record in the local repository for each patient and for each facility. 3:Send the patients’ records to a central data warehouse by a sensor located at the local data repository of the facility at the end of the operations. 4:Store the patient’s records for all facilities permanently in the central data warehouse. 5:Use the central warehouse for any data analysis.
