Transmission electron microscopy images of gold-immunolabeled ΦIN93 phage and co-expressed ORF13-trunc and ORF14-trunc. Purified co-expressed ORF13-trunc and ORF14-trunc samples were stained with sera against ORF13-ORF14, and gold-conjugated secondary antibodies were used followed by negative staining for TEM. Phage ΦIN93 was used as a positive control while HPV pseudovirus VLPs were used as a negative control. TEM was conducted at 25,000 X magnification.
