EMS indicates emergency medical services; FMC, first medical contact; PCI, percutaneous coronary intervention; and STEMI, ST‐segment–elevation myocardial infarction. *Adjusted for age, diabetes mellitus, estimated glomerular filtration rate, previous PCl/coronary artery bypass grafting, history of peripheral vascular disease and cerebrovascular disease, left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiogenic shock or out‐of­hospital cardiac arrest requiring intubation, and occurrence time of symptom onset (day vs night).
