XR-seq analysis of repair in circadian-controlled genes. The screenshot shows repair profiles for the circadian-controlled gene, Npas2, which has a peak expression at ZT22. Repair of the rhythmic Npas2 gene exhibits high amplitude transcribed strand (TS) (−s) repair peaks at 2 h, ∼24 h, and ∼48 h after drug injection.
