The lung lipid mediator profile following O3 exposure is not altered by ovariectomy. Female mice that underwent sham surgery (Sham) or ovariectomy (OVX) were exposed to 1 ppm O3 or filtered air (FA) for 3 h and necropsied at 24 h following exposure.
