(C, D) Network similarity matrix based on NRS in eight brain areas that showed higher regional NRS in MLD, compared to the TD group. (E) The average Network similarity was higher in MLD compared to TD children; (F) NRS similarity between the fusiform gyrus and intraparietal sulcus (FG-IPS) nodes was lower in children with MLD, compared to TD children. In contrast, NRS similarity between fusiform gyrus and anterior temporal cortex (FG-sATC) nodes was higher in children with MLD, compared to TD children. Error bars and significance were estimated using subsampling and permutation testing.
