CIA in CD4-Cre T-bet^fl/fl mice was exacerbated and CD4 + T cells in the arthritic joints of cKO mice showed higher RORγt expression and increased IL-17A production. T-bet^fl/fl mice (n = 12) and CD4-Cre T-bet^fl/fl (cKO) mice (n = 14) were immunized intradermally with chicken CII emulsified with CFA on days 0 and 21. (A) Severity of CIA.
