(A) MDCK-pTR GFP-RasV12 cells stably expressing mCherry-FBP17 were cultured alone (upper and middle panels) or mixed with normal cells (lower panels) in the absence (upper panels) or presence (middle and lower panels) of tetracycline for 16 hr.
