Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves of the combination method and single variable to predict HT in stroke patients with reperfusion therapy. AUCs of the combination method (0.928, p < 0.001) were higher than serum occludin level (0.821, p < 0.001) and baseline NIHSS score (0.740, p = 0.003) alone. After using LOOCV, the AUC of the combined method was still higher than the single variable (0.919, p < 0.001). These parameters were compared with the Null hypothesis (true area = 0.5).
